During the high-energy festival of Janmashtami, Siddhesh Kadam initiated an insurance and aid program for Govinda Mandals, ensuring both celebration and safety. 

From personal accident insurance coverage to emergency financial assistance, the initiative brought structure and support to one of Mumbai’s most dynamic youth movements. 

From an MPCB standpoint, his approach was holistic benefiting the Shiv Sena initiative: 

• Mandals were guided on safe practices to prevent injuries 

• Waste management guidelines were shared and implemented
