SHIV SENA
Siddhesh Kadam's political journey is deeply rooted in the Shiv Sena, a prominent regional party in Maharashtra. As the son of veteran Shiv Sena leader and former Environment Minister Ramdas Kadam, Siddhesh Kadam was actively involved in the party's youth wing, the Yuva Sena, during the tenure of Uddhav Thackeray's leadership.
MPCB
In March 2024, Siddhesh Kadam took charge as Chairman of the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, stepping into a key role to strengthen environmental protection across the state. Since then, he’s focused on making the system more transparent and accessible - launching tools like a revamped MPCB website and the e-Catalyst app to help citizens stay informed and involved in the state’s sustainability journey.
REAL ESTATE
Real estate is Mr. Kadam’s core business. He leads firms like Yogsiddhi Developers, KCD & Synergy Ventures, and SiddhYog Developers, specializing in slum rehabilitation, redevelopment, and land development. With multiple successful projects across Mumbai’s western suburbs, his focus on timely delivery and affordable housing sets his ventures apart in a competitive market.
SHIVTEJ AROGYA SEVA SANSTHA
As a key trustee of Shivtej Arogya Seva Sanstha - a private charitable trust - he manages educational institutions like Yogita Dental College, Siddhyog Law College, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Raje Army School, and various vocational training centres. The trust is also deeply committed to elder care, operating Matoshree Vrudhashram, an old age home located in Khed, Ratnagiri.
EDUCATION
As Vice President – Administration, Mr. Kadam oversees Yogita Dental College & Hospital and Siddhiyog Law College in Khed, Ratnagiri. Since 2010, he has played a key role in their growth, offering programs in dentistry (BDS, MDS) and law (LLB, LLM), and upholding high academic standards.
HOSPITALITY
Expanding his entrepreneurial footprint, Mr. Kadam has recently forayed into the hospitality sector. He is the proud owner of Esora, a premium restaurant located in the upscale Hotel Westin complex in Goregaon, Mumbai. This venture reflects his commitment to quality and excellence across diverse industries.
